I have been collecting vintage jewelry, antiques, furniture and anything else I see that has potential to be made beautiful again for years. I love color, color, color... I take my clients visions and mix it up with a little bit of mine and you have created a one of a kind.
I repurpose items that have been broken. Family heirlooms that you know you have to keep, but you just can't stand the way it looks. If you're never going to sell it, then let's change it up a bit. You will be so thrilled to display it, share it. Show your family and friends.
These will be your creations with a little help from me. Hence my passion, "Design with you in mind". It's just as exciting as buying a new piece of furniture or accessory. More so because you helped make it your own. It cuts down on my clients costs when re-decorating.
Purchasing new furniture and accessories can be very expensive. The furniture made these days doesn't hold a candle to the way things were made way back when. So, if you think it's ready for the trash, take a second look. I can help you bring back the beauty and save you money at the same time.
I create my own floral arrangements from silk flowers that most people think are real. Even the less expensive silks can be made to look real and high end. Presentation is 99% of the sale. Beautiful.
My jewelry art is very personal to me. Every picture I make is customized to a person's initials or the name of a summer home. What a person likes. Hobbies, holidays, birthdays etc. Custom orders are always welcome and made to my clients specifications and made by hand.
I can take a beat up lamp shade that most people would toss into trash and cover it with fabric to match the motif of your room. Add some beading to the bottom of the shade and whala!!! You have a unique item and a conversation piece in your room that didn't even cost you half of what you would pay for it new.
I re-create ugly lamp bases with secrets to learn. Frames, pictures on canvas by painting in your colors. Change up the matting color in pictures by painting it with acrylic paints. Matting and framing is super expensive. Not in my closet....
I took a floral display attached to branches that use to drape over the inside of my parents front door, the color pallet popular then was sage and mauve.... yuck .... lol
I painted the flower's one by one and it turned out beautiful. A whole new color scheme with some acrylic paints and painting the matting on your pictures. Saves a ton of money.
I re-purpose vintage, new, costume and fine jewelry. Mostly for my picture art. Change the design of a vintage earring and make it into a pendant and you have a new necklace.
I can make your new red bricks on a fireplace look decades old. I re-purpose old valances and re-cover them in fabulous fabrics. I do small upholstery items. Vanity chairs and old hampers are a blast. Cushions for chairs and pillows to match. Ottoman's with or without glass. Foot stools, couch cushions, kitchen chair cushions. Outdoor patio chair cushions. Old baby bassinets with a theme. My baby projects turn out awesome.
